EasyPay Errors: 'Login has expired'

When the user logs in to EPE, the error message 'login has expired' appears.

Please follow the steps below to resolve this error:

  1. Go to the EPE Control, Security Setup.

  2. Select the database and log in as EPEMaster or an admin.

  3. Go to User Settings, select the User ID, and remove or update the expired date.

  4. Click Save.
