EPE Control: Change the password for a user in EPE Control

Change the password for the EPE master and reset a user's account.

To change a user's password, please do as follows:

  1. Go to the EPE Control, click Security Setup.

  2. Select the database and log in as EPEMaster.

  3. Go to User Settings, select the User ID, update a new password in the Password and Confirm Password

  4. Click Save.
