Income Tax Processing Singapore: Amend CPF amount in the current IR8A form

Edit CPF, IR8S password, CPF contribution incorrect, update correct Employee and Employer CPF contribution in IR8S record.

Please do as follows to change the CPF amount in the current IR8A form:

  1. Go to the Income Tax module and click Setup.

  2. Click Special Option and enable the Edit IR8S Section A Table. When enabled, there will be a tick on the Edit IR8S Section A Table.

  3. Click View Tax Record, and double-click on your employee's IR8S record.

  4. Click Edit Actual amounts and enter the password as follows, according to your software version and tax year:

    • For version 2025.04 Tax Year 2025, Password: 1720522

  5. In the Actual column and Contributed column, enter the correct EE or ER CPF amount
