Please do as follows to change the CPF amount in the current IR8A form:
Go to the Income Tax module and click Setup.
Click Special Option and enable the Edit IR8S Section A Table. When enabled, there will be a tick on the Edit IR8S Section A Table.
Click View Tax Record, and double-click on your employee's IR8S record.
Click Edit Actual amounts and enter the password as follows, according to your software version and tax year:
For version 2025.02 Tax Year 2025, Password: 1720322
For version 2025.01 Tax Year 2025, Password: 1720222
In the Actual column and Contributed column, enter the correct EE or ER CPF amount
