To check an employee with zero CPF in IR8A, please do as follows
Go to the Income Tax module.
Click Process, then select View Tax Record.
Double-click any one of the employee's Current IR8A.
Click below the Preview button, then mouse over the borderline with the arrow key and drag to the top.
Sort the employee Tax Number, and you will see all the Tax Numbers starting with S.
Then scroll to the right and look for column EE CPF Pensiun.
Check employees with zero CPF.
