You cannot apply for leave if there is a leave application exists for that date. Please check if there an overlapping leave records both in the eportal and in the EasyPay leave module. To delete an approved leave record, you need to delete the record in ePortal first, then in the Leave module. Please follow the steps below to delete the leave record:
ePortal
Log in to the ePortal as Admin and click HR Management.
Select DB Management, then select Remove Record.
Find the record and enable the leave record that you want to remove.
Click Delete and click OK.
Access EasyPay
Go to the Leave module and click Modify Leave.
Search the Employee ID and click the leave record that you want to remove.
Click Delete and select Yes.
