ePortal: Error (Suspend9) - Leave Application Date is after Cessation Suspension Date

My employee cannot apply for leave.

Please follow the steps below to resolve this error message:

  1. Go to the Leave module, click Setup, Leave Type.

  2. Select the Leave Type and click the Suspend tab.

  3. Enable the User Defined - Suspension last till cessation date for "0" months and click Save.

  4. Go to Process Leave, highlight the employee and click Recalculate.

  5. Log in eportal as admin, click Settings, eleave Setting.

  6. Under the Copy All leave type from EPE, click Copy.
