The rounding of decimal places is based on the settings you set in the leave type. Please follow the steps below to check and change the settings:
Go to Leave module, Setup, Leave Type.
Click the Entitlement tab.
Change the rounding method to Round to 2 Decimal.
Note:
Fixed: System fixed at 2 decimal points
Half: Round to the nearest half-day.
Quarter to Half: Round to half day with condition 0.25, otherwise round down.
Round to whole: Round to whole value with condition 0.50, otherwise round down.
Truncate to whole: There's no decimal point.
