Please ensure that the password for both ePortal and Access EasyPay is set the same. Please follow the steps below to check this:
ePortal configuration
Go to C:\inetpub\eportalV2\Web\bin\EPEDLL
Double-click on Config.exe
Click Setup and click Run.
Change the password accordingly and save.
EasyPay configuration
Go to EPE Control, select Modules, and click Security Setup.
Log in with the admin credentials.
Click the User Settings tab, and select the user ID EPELeave
Change the password accordingly.
Note: Please use the same password for both ePortal and Access EasyPay configurations.
