This error occurs when you apply leave from ePortal, and it is due to the password for EPELeave is not matching in the ePortal config file. You can get the EasyPay administrator to check if they have modified the password in the EPE Control for this account EPELeave. Please check as follows:
Modify the password in the EPE Control
Go to EPE Control, Security Setup.
Log in to your database.
Click the User Settings tab and check the password for the EPELeave account (password might be encrypted; you may re-enter a new password if unsure what the old one is)
Click Save.
Modify the password in the eportal server configuration
Go to your ePortal server and search IIS.
Expand Sites and expand Default Website.
Right-click eportal and select Explore.
Go into the Bin folder, then go into the EPEDLL folder.
Run Config.exe, Setup and click Run.
Select the database, enter the new password that you modified in the EPE Control earlier for EPELeave account.
Confirm the password and save.
