Core Singapore: Change the PR status effective date

How to update PR status if wrongly entered the effective date?

If you have wrongly entered the effective date, please follow the steps below to change the effective date:

  1. Go to Core, Personnel Details.

  2. Click Residence status and delete the incorrect records, and click New.

  3. Insert details for PR1

  4. Click Save (the software will auto-generate PR1, PR2, and PR3)
