To reinstate your ePortal or EasyPay when your server crashed, you will need to engage with our professional service.
ePortal
You will not be able to reinstall the eportal yourself or restore an image of your server. Go to your eportal server and search for these files below:
eportal2.mdf or eportal.mdf
eportal2_log.ldf or eportal_log.ldf
eportal.bak (backup files)
EasyPay
You will not be able to reinstall the EasyPay on the server yourself, as this requires the creation of the service and the configuration of the server to allow your client pc to access it. Go to your EasyPay server and search for these files below:
EPES17.DB
EPE17.LOG
backup.001 (backup files)
