Please do as follows to back up the ePortal or EasyTime database:
Go to your server where ePortal or EasyTime is hosted.
Search for SQL Management Studio.
Log in using SQL Server Authentication, eg, log in as sa.
Right-click on the eportal database, then select Task, then select Backup.
Click on Remove and click on the Add button under the Destination panel.
Select the location you want to store the backup by clicking the File Name three-dotted button.
Enter the File Name as eportal.bak and click OK.
Click OK and click OK again to complete.
