EasyPay: Set permission for client PC to access EasyPay

Cannot access or log in to EasyPay using the user's Windows login. We have granted access rights to the Core module, but when the user tried to click the Employment Details, the system prompted an Error 'Permission denied'.

Please log in to the PC as a local admin and set full permissions on the folders as follows:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise ​​​​

  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\Easy Pay Enterprise

  • C:\Program Files\SQL Anywhere 17 or C:\Program Files\SQL Anywhere 10

Then assign full permission for the user for the registries as follows:

  • Registry Editor, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, WOW6432Node, Borland

  • Registry Editor, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, WOW6432Node, Creative Software

  • Registry Editor, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, WOW6432Node, Sybase

  • Registry Editor, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, WOW6432Node, ODBC
