How to print Borang TP3 in EasyPay?

An employee who newly joined the company during the year shall submit a TP3 Form to his/her new employer to notify information relating to their employment with a previous employer in the current year, so that the new employer can calculate the Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) amount accurately for employees in the current year when processing payroll.


Fresh graduates and new hires without previous income in the current year can leave it blank and sign the form.


Form Details

  • Part A: Previous employer’s information (A1: Previous employer’s company name & A2: income tax number)

  • Part B: Personal information (B1: Name, B2: IC number and B6: Income Tax File number)

  • Part C:

    • C1: Total Previous taxable employment income, including basic salaries, OT, Allowances, Leave Encashments, etc. (Kindly take note that you need to fill in the actual YTD income that you earned before joining the new Company, NOT your own estimation of annual income)

    • C3: Total EPF Employee contribution for the current year (not including Employer portion)

    • C4: Zakat paid in the current year (if applicable)

    • C5: Total tax paid in the current year excluding tax instalment (CP38)

  • Part D: Accumulated Deductions in the current year (if applicable)

  • Part E: Staff Declaration by full name per IC with signature and date.


To generate the report in Access EasyPay, please complete the details in the previous employer entry then you will be able to print the report with all the information.
