EasyPay: Seat license in the EasyPay

Will seats license in EasyPay free up after employees terminated and do we need to deactivate the ePortal account to free up the license?

Access EasyPay will automatically free up the headcount license when you enter a cessation date for your terminated employees. If you have eportal, the terminated employees will be automatically marked as inactive on the following day. Please follow the steps below to update your employee's cessation date in the EasyPay:

  1. Go to the Core module, Employment Details.

  2. Select the employee and key in the Cessation Date and Reason.
