Leave Errors: Leave application has no leave record

Leave has not enough balance, unable to apply leave: reason inappropriate day applied.

Please check as per the steps below:

  1. Go to the Leave module.

  2. Click Leave Details of the affected employee and check the Calendar ID.

  3. Go to the Calendar Setup, and select the Calendar ID of the employee.

  4. Click Leave Calendar, and ensure the application date shows F.

  5. If it is not, click on the day and right-click to change to F.
