Custom field allows you to create an additional field to record additional information for your employees. Please do as follows to create a custom field in Employment Details:
Custom field under the Employment Details:
Go to the Core module.
Click Setup and select Custom Field.
Expand Employee Information and click Employee Code 1.
Enter the CustCodeDesc and EmpCode1Id and click the tick button to save.
You can create a maximum of 5 custom fields.
Custom field under the Employment Details, Miscellaneous tab:
Go to the Core module.
Click Setup and select Custom Field.
Expand Employee Information.
Click on Employment, Under the CustString1, enter the User Defined Label as UserId
Then go to Employment Details, click on the Miscellaneous tab.
Enter the employee information there and click on the Save button.
