EasyTime: The employee cannot scan their face in the machine

Having difficulty scanning the face machine.

To rectify the scanning issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Reboot the reader (You can off and on the reader)

  2. Then go to the reader and delete the affected employees.

  3. Re-enrol the employee face with the same guest ID.

  4. Then go to STAMS, Guest.

  5. Download the employee from the enrolled machine.

  6. If you have more than one reader, click Upload for the employee to the other machines.
