Please do as follows to rectify your payslip layout:
Go to the Payroll module.
Click Reports and select Payslip Generation.
Select the Payslip Format move over to the right, and click Next.
Check if there is any button Reset Layout. (If you have a customized payslip, you are not advised to click this button as this will remove your customized payslip layout. Kindly do a backup first before performing this.)
Click Reset Layout and check again.
