Income Tax Processing Singapore: Error 'Zero Income'

I received an IRAS validation error.

Please check if you have zero income for A8A or A8B as follows:

  1. Go to the Income Tax module.

  2. Click the Process tab and click View Tax Record.

  3. Sort the header A8A/A8B Total Amount.

  4. Highlight and delete all the employees who have zero A8A or A8B if they do not have these benefits.
