Income Tax Processing Singapore: Error IRAS will not accept a zero amount for Benefit In Kind

Go to the Income Tax module, Process, View Tax Record.

Sort the A8A/ A8B Total Amount header, and check if there is any employee with a zero amount.

Highlight the affected employees with zero amount and click Delete.

Direct Submit to IRAS again.
