To solve the email notification issue, please complete the following:
Go to the ePortal server.
Go to C:\Inetpub\eportalV2\Web or C:\Inetpub\www\eportalV2\Web
Copy the Web config file and paste it to another location for backup.
Open the Web.config file and update the path accordingly at Email Templates. Example as follows: C:\\inetpub\\eportalV2\\Web\\templates or C:\\inetpub\\www\\eportalV2\\Web\\templates
Click Save.
