ePortal: Error No record for email notification in Email Audit

The approving manager didn't receive an email notification after the user applied the leave application. And, there is no record in the email audit.

To solve the email notification issue, please complete the following:

  1. Go to the ePortal server.

  2. Go to C:\Inetpub\eportalV2\Web or C:\Inetpub\www\eportalV2\Web

  3. Copy the Web config file and paste it to another location for backup.

  4. Open the Web.config file and update the path accordingly at Email Templates. Example as follows: C:\\inetpub\\eportalV2\\Web\\templates or C:\\inetpub\\www\\eportalV2\\Web\\templates

  5. Click Save.
