EasyTime: The employee profile in EasyTime was not correctly updated

I re-use the employee ID for a new joiner; however, in EasyTime, it's reflected under the old employee name.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Delete the employee and sync again between EasyPay and EasyTime in EasyTime

  2. Do the Batch Update Attendance in the attendance as follows:

    1. Click Batch Update Attendance

    2. Select the employee ID (ensure it reflects the new employee)

    3. Select the date affected and enable Reprocess Attendance

    4. Enable Update Employee's Name, Department, Section and click Save
