Employee Department/ Section not updated in the attendance

To update the department and section in the Roster Calendar and attendance records, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Employee, click Syncronise from EasyPay.

  2. Go to Employee, click Initialise Calendar.

  3. Then go to the Attendance grid, click Batch Update Attendance.

  4. Select the employee over, and enable Update Employee's Name, Department Section.

  5. Select the date range until the current date and click Confirm to process.
