To stop the Timesheet reminder message sent from the ePortal, please complete the following steps: 

Go to Settings, Email Configuration, Email Notification.

Change the No. of cut-off day email notification to 0.

1. Log in as admin in ePortal.
2. Go to Settings, Email Configuration, Email Notification.
3. Change the No. of cut-off day email notification to 0.
4. Click Submit.
