To remove HR delegation, please do as follows: 

Under the Delegate HR Manager as leave approver when an alternative manager is not available, set as No and Submit.

1. Log in ePortal as admin.
2. Click Setting, eleave Setting.
3. Under the Delegate HR Manager as leave approver when an alternative manager is not available, set as No and Submit.
