ePortal Errors: Error 'No leave type assigned, please contact your Administrator to assign you some leave types..'

Clerk cannot apply for leave on behalf of the staff.

If you are encountering the above error, please check as follows:


ePortal

  1. Log in to ePortal as admin.

  2. Go to Settings, eLeave Settings, Configuration.

  3. Enable leave types that allow leave applications during probation and click Submit.

  4. Go to HR Management, User Management, Manage Clerk.

  5. Go to Clerk ID and click lvtype under the Assign column.

  6. Enable all the leave types and click Assign.

EasyPay

  1. Go to the Leave module, click Process Leave.

  2. Click Initialise, select the Leave Policy, Year and click Next.

  3. Select leave type All, and click Next.

  4. Move the employee over and click Confirm.
