ESS: Unable to change role from manager to member

Error: Leave application and/or profile changes still require from manager

An error prompt out due to leave workflow for the organisation, leave approval is required from ANY manager in the member's team. Before the role change, the person was the manager of the team, but this team has few managers.

This workflow means either the person or the other manager can approve the leave. This also means there's still pending approval from another manager/person. Even though his name was not shown as the Approver on the pending leave application, that's because ESS usually defaults to one manager's name when workflow is set up as 'ANY MANAGER' and we already display the first manager listed on the team.

Only if the leave workflow is set up as 'ALL MANAGER' to approve, then if there are multiple managers in a team, the pending leave application will show with all manager names required. Please ensure all leave has been approved before making any changes to the role.
