EasyTime: Not able to reuse card number in STAMS for new employee

The system says the card number in use, and the new employee exists in Easytime but not in STAMS. How to delete an employee permanently in STAMS?

Please follow the steps below to delete the employee:

  1. Log in to STAMS.

  2. Go to Guest and click More Operations on the top right.

  3. Click the Recycle Bin, highlight the terminated employee and click Delete. permanently.

  4. Create the new employee profile again with the correct card number, or go to EasyTime, Employee Maintenance, and click Sync to STAMS.
