If you have not set the services configuration correctly, then this will result in the EPE service stopping on its own. Please follow the steps below to prevent the EPE services auto auto-stopping:
Ensure all the EasyPay users are logged out.
Go to the server and search for SQL Central.
Double-click SQL Anwhere and click Services.
Right-click and select Stop to stop the EPE services.
Right-click the EPE services and select Properties.
Add (-k) into the parameters.
