There are 2 possibilities with this issue. Please apply both resolutions below to the EasyPay Server:
Set recovery options
Go to Services and run as administrator.
Search for the service name that has stopped in Sybase 17.
Right-click the Service name and choose Properties.
Go to the Recovery tab.
Select Restart the Service for the First failure, Second failure, and Subsequent failures.
Click Apply.
Set the parameter in the services
Add -k in front of the starting parameter shown below, highlighted in yellow:
