ePortal can enter a maximum of 50 characters password. Please set the ePortal password policy as follows:
Log in to ePortal as Admin.
Click Settings and select System Settings.
Select Password Management.
Edit the Standard Password Policy.
ePortal: Password limit
Password maximum characters.
