Please check the steps below as follows in your ePortal:
Log in to ePortal as admin.
Click Settings, System Settings, and select Password Management.
Check the Password Expiry.
Check the Notify password expiry in the Home Page and the reminder email.
Click the Password Policy to update the password criteria.
