Income Tax Processing Singapore: Bonus not appearing in the IR8A or EA form

My declared date for the bonus is wrong. How to rectify this? The pay element is not displaying in the IR8A or EA form.

Please check as follows to rectify the issues:

  1. Go to the Pay Records of the affected employee.

  2. Go to the specific month, they are paid for the bonus or pay element.

  3. Check the Declare Date.

  4. If the Declare Date is not in the tax reporting year, then do as follows:

    1. In the Pay Records, highlight all the affected employees.

    2. Click Tools and select Change Declare Date.

    3. Select the affected Pay Element and change the Declare Date.

    4. Click Confirm.
