Please do as follows to realign the custom field's layout as follows:
Go to the Core module, then click Employment Details.
Click the Miscellaneous tab, then click Design.
Drag and drop the custom field on the screen to align.
Drag the custom field in the Design dialogue box and drop it on the screen to include.
Drag the custom field on the screen and drop it on the Design dialogue box to remove it.
