Benefit and Compensation: Adding a new progressive group insurance plan for the new year

Not able to update the new insurance plan for the new year

Follow the steps below to add a new progressive Group Insurance record for the new year and ensure payroll details are updated correctly.

  1. Select Group Insurance.

  2. Click on the Progression tab.

  3. Click the “+” (Add) icon to add a new row for Year 2026.

  4. Follow the previous year’s record as a reference.

  5. Click the ✓ (Confirm) icon.

  6. Click “Yes” to create the progressive record for the new year.

  7. Go to Insurance Policy Plan.

  8. Update the payroll start year, end year, start period, end period & Premium amount (if there is changes).

  9. Click Save.
