Follow the steps below to add a new progressive Group Insurance record for the new year and ensure payroll details are updated correctly.
Select Group Insurance.
Click on the Progression tab.
Click the “+” (Add) icon to add a new row for Year 2026.
Follow the previous year’s record as a reference.
Click the ✓ (Confirm) icon.
Click “Yes” to create the progressive record for the new year.
Go to Insurance Policy Plan.
Update the payroll start year, end year, start period, end period & Premium amount (if there is changes).
Click Save.
