Almost every year, there are changes and updates to the provident fund capping and contribution rates (CPF wage ceiling, CPF contribution and age-group criteria).
To verify your CPF in the latest policy, you can check and update the correct CPF policy as follows:
Go to the Payroll module, Modules, CPF progression.
Search for the employee.
Update the CPF policy Year2026Jan, the CPF scheme as Private.
If there is none, click New to create a new record.
If the policy is incorrect, please update to the latest version.
