Payroll General: Unable to login to EasyPay after updating to the latest version

When attempting to log in, there may be no response, and the system will return back to the login screen.

This issue is usually caused by insufficient administrator permissions when launching the application.

  • Please launch EasyPay using Run as Administrator.

Set EasyPay to Always Run as Administrator

To permanently resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Right-click the Core.exe icon.

  2. Select Properties.

  3. Click the Compatibility tab.

  4. Tick the option:

    • Run this program as an administrator

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Click OK.

You may now launch EasyPay normally and log in to the system.
