After upgrading to ESS 3.12, users will see a new sign in experience through a central login page. The new process helps direct users automatically to the correct sign in page for their organisation.
Follow the steps below to sign in successfully.
Go to the following URL in your web browser: https://login.easypayess.com
On the sign in page, enter your sign in name.
Your sign in name can be either:
Your username, or
Your email address
Then click Next or continue with the sign in process.
After entering your sign in name, the system will automatically direct you to the correct sign in page for your organisation.
Some users may be asked to enter their sign in name once more to complete the sign in process.
Enter the same username or email address used previously.
Once redirected, continue signing in as usual using your existing ESS credentials.
The remaining sign in process remains unchanged.
