After updating to version 2026.00 PU3, the SOCSO amount generated in the SOCSO8A file may be incorrect. Due to this issue, customers may not be able to submit the SOCSO8A file successfully.

This is a known issue in version 2026.00 PU3.

Our Product and Development teams are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix.

The fix is planned to be released in version 2026.01, which will be available from 7 July 2026.

In the meantime, customers are advised to wait for the release of version 2026.01 before generating and submitting the SOCSO8A file.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.
