Try restarting the eportal server and check if it resolves the issue otherwise, follow the steps below:
Troubleshoot
Search for SQL Central 17, SQL Anywhere 17, and click Services. Ensure services are running.
Right-click Start if not running.
Go to IIS Manager, Application Pools, and click eportal. Ensure the eportal service is running.
Start the eportal service if not running.
Go to ODBC 32, System DSN, then click eportal. Click Configure and Test Connection. Ensure the connection is successful.
Ensure that on the eportal server, there is a Windows Account called eportal with an Administrator role. Right-click and assign the Administrator role if this role is removed.
Check disk space
Log in to your SQL Server Management Studio.
Expand Databases, right-click eportal, and select Properties.
Click Files and scroll to the right.
Check the Path.
Go to this database path and check if the location has enough disk space.
Update eportal
Run the update.
If the problem persists, please do as follows:
Go to your eportal server and search for IIS.
Expand Sites and expand Default Website.
Right-click eportal, Manage Application, and click Browse.
Print screen the error message.
