Our current software version will be reflected as 2025.04 PU1 (release date: 15 January 2026).
Please follow the steps below to update:
Download the update.
In your Downloads folder, double-click the Access EasyPay update file, as shown in the image below.
In the wizard, click, Yes in Step 1.
At Step 2 Database Update, disable Backup the database and click Yes.
Log in to the database.
When you receive the message 'Do you want to apply the update in another database?':
if you have other databases, click Yes log in to each database, and repeat this process to update.
if you do not have other databases, click No.
The software update is now complete. If the above process did not work for you, you can follow the steps below to run the installer for 2025.04:
Download the Installer and extract using the password easy2025decpay
Go into the EPE folder and run EPE.exe.
Then download the update in step 1.
