EasyPay Online: Cannot connect to the remote desktop

I cannot connect to my EasyPay online remote desktop.

If you are not able to connect to your remote desktop to access your EasyPay Online, then please follow the steps below to resolve this:

  1. Log in with your RDP credentials (the username usually has easypay\ in front)

  2. Click EPE Core to download the RDP and navigate to the following folder.

  3. Right-click the downloaded RDP, select properties and unblock.

  4. Then double-click the RDP again to log in.
