Please follow the steps below to enable the file download:

Log in to <a href="https://easypay-online.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/Default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Access Web Hosting</a> and download the <b>File Explorer </b>to your desktop.

Go into the file explorer on your desktop.

Connect to your remote desktop and transfer the file to your local PC.

1. Log in to <a href="https://easypay-online.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/Default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Access Web Hosting</a> and download the <b>File Explorer </b>to your desktop.

2. Go into the file explorer on your desktop.
3. Connect to your remote desktop and transfer the file to your local PC.

The file directory to save my file is not in my local drive; I need to transfer the reports to my local PC. I have just converted EasyPay to the cloud, and I am not able to save payslips to my PC.
