Please follow the steps below to enable the file download:
Log in to Access Web Hosting and download the File Explorer to your desktop. If you already have an existing File Explorer, then skip this step and proceed with step 2.
Right-click, select properties and unblock the File Explorer rdp.
Launch File Explorer.rdp.
Tick to enable Drives, Clipboard, Printers.
Tick ‘Remember my choices…..publisher’.
Connect, and you can log in to EasyPay and save your file.
