To add a new user in your organisation with EasyPay Online access, please check with our sales team about the network license available in your organisation. Our support team can help you with the account creation if you have an available user license. Then follow the steps below to enrol your new user in their phone.
Download Duo Apps in your phone/ tablet.
Scan the QR code
Log in to Access Hosting with your credentials that you received from us.
Click Start Setup and select your Preferred device, and click Continue.
Select a country and enter your phone number, then click Continue.
Verify ownership by entering the code and clicking Continue.
Select Automatically send this device a Duo Push, then click Save and Continue.
Go to your phone and click Approve in the Duo Apps. This will successfully complete the activation process.
Log in to Access Hosting with your credentials and click the EasyPay Icon to save the remote desktop shortcut icon on your desktop. You can click on the RDP icon on your desktop in future for faster access.
