ESS: Cannot sync EasyPay to ESS

Sync issue in ESS, cannot see new employee in ESS.

If you encounter an error when doing the sync in ESS, please print screen the error message as follows and raise a case:

ESS

  1. Log in to ESS as Admin.

  2. Click Settings and click General.

  3. Enabled Sync Balances for Leave Report and Sync from Payroll.

  4. Click Sync.

  5. Scroll down to the Web API Log, and print screen the error message.

  6. Attach the error message to your case.

Import leave from ESS issues

  1. Go to the Core module.

  2. Click ESS and select ESS Settings.

  3. Click the Sync tab.

  4. Under Import and Process Leave Application from ESS, click View Details.

  5. Print screen this and send it to us.

Sync employee and leave to ESS issues

  1. Go to the Core module.

  2. Click ESS and select ESS Settings.

  3. Click the Sync tab.

  4. Under Sync data to ESS, click Sync Now.

  5. Click Preview Debug. Send us this log file.
