ESS: Error - Insufficient leave balance in ESS

Why is there an Incorrect leave balance, not yet paid in ESS?

Please do as follows to resolve the insufficient or incorrect leave error:

  1. Log in to Access EasyPay, then go to the Core module.

  2. Click ESS and select ESS Settings.

  3. Enable Leave balance and click Sync Now.

  4. Log in to ESS as admin, click Settings, then select General.

  5. Do a sync of the leave balance.
