Complete the following steps to update the ePortal license file:
In the ePortal server, please go to the license folder where your ePortal is installed. The default path is in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\eportal\web\license. Or you may check as follows
Search IIS and expand Sites
Expand Default Website, then right-click eportal, select Explore
Click on the eportalv2 folder and go into the license folder
Back up your old license file to some other location.
Rename the file sent by the Customer Success Team to the original file name. If your original licence file is Company.csv then you will need to rename the new license file to Company.csv as well
Copy and paste to overwrite the old license in the license folder C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\eportal\license
In the address of the ePortal URL page, replace the word signin.aspx to recache.aspx. Example 192.168.1.1/eportalV2/public/signin.aspx to 192.168.1.1/eportalV2/public/recache.aspx
In the Sync Dialogue Box, click Re-Initialize App and Re-Syn CompDB buttons.
Log in to ePortal to check your company name. The new company will be updated.
