ePortal: Get COM Debug Log and Event Viewer in the eportal server

Go to your ePortal server.

Search IIS, expand Sites and expand Default Website.

Right-click eportal, select Explore.

In the eportalv2 folder, go into the Web folder.

Go into the Bin and EPEDLL folder.

Double-click the Config.exe and click on Turn on debug Log.

Simulate the error message in your eportal.

Then proceed to this folder C:\Users\Public\Documents\Easy Pay Enterprise\Report

Get the COM Debug Log and send us this file.

Search the Event Viewer on the server.

Click Windows Logs, Application.

Click Save All Events, save to your desktop, and send us this.
