Please do as follows in the eportal server: please get your IT to assist.
Go to your ePortal server and search for IIS.
Expand Sites, then expand Default Website.
Right-click eportal and select Explore.
Go into the license folder.
Delete the license file from the license folder for the entity you want to remove. If your company name is EPECompany then the license file will be Company.csv
In your web browser, the address of the ePortal URL page, replace the word signin.aspx with recache.aspx. Example as follows
192.168.1.1/eportalV2/public/signin.aspx to 192.168.1.1/eportalV2/public/recache.aspxIn the Sync Dialogue Box, click to Re-Initialise App and Re-Syn CompDB button.
The license update will now be completed.
Log in to ePortal to check your company name. You should see the company updated.
